“Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in Almaty”  JSC provides a postponement to the borrowers affected by floods 

“Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in Almaty” JSC expresses its sympathy to the Kazakhstan people affected by the floods and wishes them a speedy recovery from the consequences of the natural disaster and supports the urgent measures of the Government aimed to eliminate the consequences of the flood period and supporting the residents affected by natural emergencies and is ready to provide the following support:

- to provide a deferral starting from April 1 to June 30, 2024 for a period of 3 calendar months in repayment of loans to borrowers classified as flood victims according to the lists of local executive bodies.

- for all loans of affected borrowers whose financial condition has deteriorated due to the negative impact of floods, the Bank will not charge fines and penalties for late payments.

When applying to the Bank, the borrower must provide supporting documents (for legal entities) and documents confirming damage caused by floods, in case the borrower is not on the list of local executive bodies.
