Notification on Services Arrangements

from 24 December 2024 till 05 January 2025

Dear valued customer,

We would like to inform you that due to Christmas holidays and end of year 2024, our bank's  exchange and remittance services will be adjusted during the period from December 24, 2024 to January 5, 2024. The specific arrangements are as follows:

Exchange services schedule:
On December 24, CNY exchange services will be provided only till 13:00 Almaty time.
On December 31, all exchange services will be provided only till 12:00 Almaty time.
On January 5, 2025 (Sunday) only USD/KZT exchange services will be provided as usual.

Remittance services schedule:
On December 31, 2024 foreing currency remittance services will be provided only till 12:00 Almaty time.
On January 5, 2025 (Sunday) only KZT remittance services will be provided as usual.
