We would like to inform you that due to Christmas holidays and end of year 2025, our bank's  exchange and remittance services schedule will be adjusted during the period from December 24, 2025 to January 5, 2026. 1-2 January 2026 are Kazakhstan and Chinese holidays. The specific arrangements are as follows:

Exchange services schedule:

On December 24, CNY and EUR exchange services will be provided only till 13:00 Almaty time,     schedule for other currencies will remain as usual

On December 31, all exchange services will be provided only till 12:00 Almaty time.·  

On January 5, 2026 exchange services will be resumed as usual.

Remittance services schedule:

On December 31, 2025 foreing currency remittance services will be provided only till 12:00 Almaty time.

On January 5, 2026 all remittance services will be provided as usual.
